David has been in property since 2005 primarily working with investors to build portfolios as well as delivering conversion projects, taking disused and unloved properties and turning them into well-built homes.

David is drawn to working with homelessness charities because a close member of his family experienced the challenges of living on the streets which culminated in that person attempting to take his own life.

Working with Richard, David believes the combination of his property development knowledge and Richard’s charity sector accomplishments makes for a great team on which to build solutions for tackling a growing problem. This is further supported by the accomplished backgrounds in business and property that Mark and Nigel bring to the company.

David lives in Oxfordshire with his wife, Laura and their two children. He loves running with his dogs, coaching his sons local rugby team, cooking veggie meals, and reading.

Richard Kennedy

Richard’s mission is to use the power of business models and capital to create sustainable, positive social change.

Richard has over 20 years of not for profit, social investment, corporate and hospitality experience with a strong track record in developing cross organisational and cross sector partnerships. He is an experienced multi company non executive and executive director as well as a charity trustee and non-profit director. Richard is a seasoned international conference speaker on topics such as social investment, inequality and social impact measurement. He has an MBA from University of Cape Town and London Business School including specialties in social enterprise, corporate finance, negotiation and organisational behaviour.

Richard has been investing in property for over 10 years and through Cornerstone Place brings together his passion for property with his deep rooted and spiritual drive to improve the lives of others. He lives in Sussex with his wife, Liz and their four children.

Nigel Greene

As a seasoned entrepreneur, business and property investor, Nigel has a passion for creating and developing quality and profitable businesses that enable the creation of stakeholder value. With over 29 years of Board level business and property expertise, in construction, energy and telecoms industries, Nigel has co.founded and operated multiple business units with the deployment responsibility of highly complex infrastructure projects valued at between £1million – £500million in value, in the UK and overseas.

Over the past 20 years, Nigel has personally invested into personal property assets amassing a significant international portfolio which has fully enabled his ability to leave corporate life for the last time in February 2015 and to create the freedom to establish a group of enduring businesses with his partners.

As a passionate husband and father of 4 children, leaving corporate life for the last time has enabled Nigel to focus on creating shared and sustainable value through business enterprise and property assets and the building of a powerful and enduring legacy for future generations.

Mark Stokes

Mark has over 26 years of Board level business and property expertise including founding and operating UK based and international businesses deploying multifaceted global infrastructure projects from £1m– £1billion.

He has also trained and mentored a plethora of individuals and takes great satisfaction in helping people to develop and exceed their own expectations. Mark is also the author of several books including one title for which all proceeds go to charity.
