Yesterday we held our move-on accommodation funding workshop event in conjunction with Greater Manchester Combined Authority where we presented our unique model for addressing homelessness to 35 charities and local authorities.

In short, it went really well!  The audience were interactive, inquisitive and interrogated us and the model in a robust fashion, which was great.

We were grateful to have the Mayor of Manchester, Andy Burnham, at the event and for the support that he and his team are providing for innovative approaches like ours.

Ultimately we are all chasing the same goal, which is to help people get a roof over their heads as part of getting their lives back on track. It’s an incredibly rewarding area to be working in, particularly as we can make the business attractive to the charities, local authorities, our investors and, of course, the ultimate beneficiaries.
